Due to the nature of handmade and crafted goods, and that some pieces are made to order, we have a number of items that may take up to 15 days to be made. This is typically the case in our out of stock products as well as custom made products, as they are bespoke and made per order for you and your size.

Orders are typically dispatched within 3 days of order receipt and need 2-15 days for shipment, depending on destination. Once the order is dispatched, you will be notified for the tracking number of your order via email.
 
All orders are shipped via Recorded Hellenic Mail or DHL Express.
 
We will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order. All orders are processed during working days. We do not process orders on weekends or major holidays.
